Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, the customer has to ship the product as we have not yet started return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you are requested to make an Unboxing Video so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as all sales are considered final. 
However, we understand that special circumstances may arise. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us at info@mummshi.com within 1 hour of placing your order, including a brief explanation for the request.
Please note that all cancellation requests are subject to approval and will be considered at our sole discretion.
In case your cancellation request is approved, a cancellation fee of 3% of the order value will be charged and the rest will be refunded back to the original mode of payment within 3-5 business days.
In case the package has been shipped and it is refused at the time of delivery (for any reason), then RTO charges of ₹199 will be deducted from the order value and balance will be refunded. Please note shipping fee is non-refundable.
